## Where to start

<Note>
  DishInk keeps operating during internet outages through a three-tier resilience model (Cloud → LAN → Local Storage). Service never stops.

## Tips & best practices

<Tip>
  Bookmark this documentation site on every terminal. New staff should be walked through their module's section on day one.

## Common mistakes

<Warning>
  Do not skip clock-in — shift reports and payroll depend on it.
